Family Memberships to the NFI
Family Membership is open to any parent or extended family member who supports the mission and goals of the NFI and who has an infant who is currently or was previously cared for in a newborn intensive or special care nursery.
One may apply for Family Membership by completing the Family Membership Application Form. All applicants must be approved by the NFI Board of Directors to become members.

- Have access to the “Member Services Page” on the NFI web site
- May be listed in the NFI Family Membership List on the NFI website
- Receive NFI publications
- May attend the annual Members‘ Meeting
- May serve on the NFI Board of Directors
Membership forms are all in Word format. They can be opened and saved to one‘s own computer and then completed either electronically or by hand.

Annual Dues: Family Members: $50
Once the NFI Board of Directors has approved your application, you will receive an Acceptance Letter and an invoice for your dues. Annual dues cover the period from October 1st through September 30th of each year. After your initial invoice, you will receive invoices to renew your membership annually.
